A: You can change your magazines by calling 1-866-570-2900 and speaking with a customer service rep., leave a message with account number and changes, or by submitting the online form. Q: How do I cancel my magazine service? A: You may cancel your order by phone or by mail within ten days of receiving your order confirmation. Orders canceled after the tenth day will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to five monthly payments on the account from the date of cancellation. Q: What if I move? A: Your magazines will follow you anywhere in the country as long as you call and give us your new address. Q: Can I send one or more of my magazines to someone else? A: Yes. Just provide us with their address info and the magazine title(s) as if you were doing a magazine change. |
